Any information that you provide on the enrolment form may be used to ensure necessary contact details are up-to-date. Your child(ren)’s details may be used in class to take an attendance register. Your nominated person’s details may be checked at the conclusion of class.

Payment details, and any personally identifying information input during the payment process are handled by Square.

Your name may be stored on Square’s secure servers as contact details when the invoice is created.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with

We will not, do not and shall not share your data with anyone outside of Kurilpa Kids’ Art Academy staff, on a strictly need-to-know basis only.

How long we retain your data

Information is generally held only until it is no longer required. As such no personally identifying information will carry over from the end of one school/academic/calendar year to the next. As such, you will be asked to fill in a new form each year.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Form input from this website are handled by FormLayer and exported to an encrypted Google Sheet. The information stored in the Google Sheet is used on Square to create your invoice.
